I am so grateful for Justin’s help with my case! I was involved in a car accident that left me with back and neck injuries that required almost a year of chiropractor visits and physical therapy. Ending in leaving our positions to remove the awkwardness. We hired Caleb to defend our situations. Unfortunately, since we were not paid Employees, we could not ask for monetary compensation due to not missing out on a paycheck. Instead of going the route of suing in a courthouse with a jury, we opted to do mediation with the California civil rights department. The mediation led to an all day mediation on Zoom, which led to a small monetary compensation. Our team (Caleb & Zach) went above and beyond our expectations to represent us. Even though the legal team on the other side was only able to approve a small settlement. We deserved much more.
