I am extremely disappointed with the representation I received from this law firm.

Once the fees were paid, communication became nonexistent. Calls, emails, and messages went unanswered, leaving us without guidance during one of the most important moments of our immigration process. Despite knowing about our USCIS interview, neither the attorney nor anyone from the firm made arrangements to attend or provide adequate support.

As clients, we trusted this firm to represent us and keep us informed. Instead, we were left feeling abandoned and uncertain at a time when professional assistance was most needed.

I understand that attorneys may not attend every interview, but the lack of communication, responsiveness, and follow-through is unacceptable. Clients deserve timely responses, clear expectations, and professional support throughout their case.

I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

He was very patient, communicated efficiently, and was honest. He let me know it would not beneficial to help me with my case but then walked me through how to help myself. He did not just take my money. I appreciate his help, integrity, and honesty!!
