⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I was injured in an automobile accident where the other driver was at fault. Because of my injuries, I was unable to work, fell behind on my bills, and ultimately lost my apartment while waiting for my case to be resolved. The most frustrating part of my experience was the lack of communication. I found it extremely difficult to speak with my attorney, Jordan, or receive timely updates about my case. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get information, I had to ask a family member to intervene just to receive a response. When a settlement was finally presented, I felt I had little choice but to accept an amount that was significantly lower than I believed was fair. The insurance company did not fully cover my medical expenses, and after attorney’s fees and other deductions, I was left with far less than I expected. I asked whether the firm would consider reducing its fees because of the financial hardship I had experienced, but my request was denied. This experience has left me feeling unheard, unsupported, and still dealing with the financial consequences of my accident. I understand that every legal case is different and that results cannot be guaranteed, but I expected better communication, stronger advocacy, and greater compassion during one of the most difficult periods of my life. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this law firm.
