While the associate was nice enough this firm appears to practice a very narrow scope of employment law. Could help with the 401k fraud my former employer did and could not refer me to a firm that could assist me

I had a very unprofessional experience with attorney Jacob Porcarelli at Miller Cohen PLC.

He expressed interest in my case and scheduled a consultation but failed to call at the agreed time. I had to follow up myself. After briefly speaking, he asked me to send over details and said he would call me back the same day, which never happened.

I made multiple follow-up attempts, including calls, voicemails with specific dates and times, and emails to both him and the firm. None were returned.

This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable when dealing with potential clients. I would not recommend.
