The attorneys at this law firm literally know that I have a 100% winning case, but they are being paid by the defense to not take my claim and they blocked me from calling as if I did something wrong. I couldn’t understand why I was blocked these attorneys over here are not helping employees. They are destroying employees. That’s what they’re doing attorney Jacob, and the whole clan, including the receptionist Anetta, who pretended as if she was my friend.

​For an organization that builds its reputation on labor law and representing working people, Miller Cohen exhibits a staggering amount of hypocrisy. They show a complete lack of respect for the law, routinely ignore the clear terms of collective bargaining agreements, and treat employees with utter disregard.
​It is deeply troubling when an entity that is supposed to safeguard workplace protections turns around and violates the spirit—and the letter—of established labor contracts. They fail to honor binding agreements, bypass standard protections, and operate with a blatant lack of accountability toward the people doing the actual work.

​If you expect an organization to practice what it preaches regarding employee rights and collective bargaining, look elsewhere. Their professed commitment to the labor movement appears to be nothing more than marketing.
