These people are very rude. My husband called to see if they could help him with getting his SSI disability. Upon calling he told the lady that answered the phone she asked him how old he was he said 45. The lady told him to hold on and she put him on hold and then all of a sudden hung up on him. So my husband thought they just got disconnected so he called back and told the lady that she hung up on him and she said oh yeah I talked to someone here and they said that they don't want to take anybody over the age of 50 so we can't help you. People are disabled at any age not just over 50. IF they don't want to help certain people unless they're over 50 they need to put that on their website or even when people are looking them up on google and they need to find somebody new to answer their phones. Being kind is free and easy to do.
