Needed a contract reviewed. It was complicated asked for a real estate lawyer. They told me it was not good which I already knew and to go in a different direction. All of this is basic information I did not need a lawyer for. I wanted to know the legalities of the contract. In what ways was I losing and how could the person avoid holding their end ect. I was dismissed and he even yelled at me talking over me as if this meant he was right. In the end I received nothing new and was left confused. Information provided was vague and he was unable to provide any evidence to support his claim. I asked what made the contract bad and he calls while I am at work unwilling to email or set up a time for further discussion.
