My wife had trouble understanding conflicting directions given to her by separate TSA officers at Detroit Airport. When she passed by the angry TSA officer, the officer feigned that my wife bumped into her. My wife called me, I was a federal agent at the time ( retired now). She accidentally left her phone on and I was able to hear what the unprofessional and untruthful TSA officers yelled at my wife. They were going to prosecute her for assault. Mr. Rataj aggressively fought for her in a manner that impressed me. I had 30 years in law enforcement and I'm happy Mr. Rataj was on my side and I never sat against him. Very professional, aggressive and caring of his clients. 100% recommend him. Don't risk going for any less!
