Received a letter from them addressed to my husband after he had an accident telling him how they could help him. My husband died in that accident so you can imagine how I felt. You would think they would be smart enough to check these things. Clearly they don't care, just chasing the money. In response to your reply, if you don't have that information, don't send the letter. You can say sorry all you like but doesn't undo the hurt you caused all in the pursuit of money. Ambulance chasers.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYBODY WHO IS A WORKING MAN OR WOMAN. THEY NEVER ANSWER OR RETURN PHONE CALLS, RARELY EMAIL, NEVER UPDATED ME ON THE CASE AND AFTER 2 MONTHS SAID THEY CANT WIN. I HIT A TRUCK WHO WAS BLOCKING BOTH LANES OF THE ROAD WITH ONLY 10 FT TO STOP AFTER ROUNDING THE CORNER!! NO HAZARDS NOTHING SO IF YOU CANT WIN THAT SLAM DUNK THAN YOU JUST DIDNT THINK THE PAYOUT WAS BIG ENOUGH OR YOU ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AS A LAWYER. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS LAW FIRM!!! DAN LIEBER WASTED 2 MONTHS OF MY LIFE AND DID ABSOLUTE ZERO INVESTIGATIVE WORK ENDED UP LOSING MONEY NOT ATTAINING MONEY. HE MADE ME SEND A PHYSICAL COPY PRIORITY MAIL WHEN I COULD HAVE SENT A PHOTO I STILL DON'T HAVE THE TITLE ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A LAW FIRM I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE UPSET WITH HOW A CASE HAS BEEN HANDLED AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR ANY PLACE I CAN TO TRY TO GET SOME KIND OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THIS LAW FIRM ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MESS WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES LIKE THIS!!!!! NOT ONE TIME DID THEY RETURN A PHONE CALL OR SET A MEETING COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING I REPEAT UNCARING DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!! After speaking with Dan I was told take down my review then I will get my car title back and a $50 reimbursement. This this post is the truth 100 there is no lying or exaggeration. I shouldn't have to take down my post to get my title and $50 reimbursement. I am utterly shocked and how unprofessional this has been especially wasting my money and time to send them a title that I could have sent a picture for. How does a lawyer not tell you that again I don't know how a lawyer can't win a case when a truck is completely blocking both lanes and I had 5 ft of room to stop. To me that is ridiculous and it shows they didn't even try so Dan please send me my title and $50 reimbursement for the priority mail and purchasing the new title for you. I'm not removing my post especially before I receive anything cuz I believe you're worse than the insurance company.
