I searched for real estate lawyer near my home and found his name. Ieft him a voicemail and he called me back the same day. We made an appointment for later that week at his home office on a quiet street. We needed to add someone to the deed on our home. He charged $175 for the initial meeting and $700 for the service and interaction with the county. He promptly mailed and emailed the updated deed after the county sent it to him. Pricey but quick turnaround. No hiccups.
