Todd recently handled a case for me, it was an excellent experience start to finish. After starting communications with Todd, the stress from my situation lowered significantly. Todd Murray represented me on a creditor situation that was causing a lot of stress and in which I felt my rights were being violated. In short, Todd is an excellent attorney and represented me beautifully. Longer version: I had done a deep dive on too many subreddits about my rights, whether I should hire an attorney, etc, before coming across people online referring to positive experiences with Friedman Murray, PLLC. I wasn't sure if I really wanted to hire an attorney, was worried about being financially gauged, but in the end, am so glad I reached out. I had a phone appointment with Todd within a couple of days of filling out the online forms and he was kind, professional and perhaps most important, not at all judgmental . He really listened to where I was coming from. He didn't rush me and was clearly experienced in his field. He came up with some traditional options as well as a more creative option for how to move forward. The fees were actually more reasonable than I expected, and in the end, I want to share this, he returned part of one of my payments in which there was $$ leftover from time he didn't wind up billing. I hadn't expected to get any money back and it spoke volumes to me about a lawyer who would do that unprompted. I should add, this was after he negotiated an outstanding settlement for me that was basically a win and far better an outcome than I had thought possible. I hope I don't need his services again, obviously, but if I were to, I wouldn't think twice about who would be representing me. He's a stand up and honest attorney.
