I had a very positive experience with Attorney Raymond Trueblood-Konz and the incredible paralegal Brenna Riley throughout my Legionnaires’ case. They never gave up on me. They remained committed, persistent, and dedicated to getting the best possible outcome. Going through a case like this for so long can be incredibly stressful, but knowing they continued to fight for me and never gave up made a huge difference. I truly appreciate all of their hard work, patience, and determination. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a legal team that will stand by you and keep fighting, no matter how long it takes. thank you!!!!

Submitted an intake with this firm a few days ago. Received an email and eventually hopped on a phone call with this firm. I spoke to Wendy Thayer, a paralegal with this firm. We spoke for less than 5 minutes because she was completely dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. When asked for resources to meet our evidence threshold, it was apparent she is not accustomed to working with individuals that have no health insurance. Not only was she insulting by claiming that "she has never worked with a client that doesn't have health insurance", but she was extremely cold and rash when discussing personal health information. This paralegal has absolutely no empathy or desire to work well with others. She should be taken off the phones until she learns proper etiquette in the legal environment. Will not be moving forward with this law firm.

The Pritzker Hageman law firm represented my wife and I in a medical personal injury lawsuit and performed admirably. They guided us through the entire procedure, were easy to work with, and were forthcoming in answering all of our questions. Our attorney Ray Trueblood and his staff helped us obtain a fair settlement.
