Well they reached out to me about a classs action law suit and wanted me to participate. After many days of them reaching out repeatedly I consented to doing an intake. The intake triggered reall deep and past trauma for me and it was very involved and detailed. They assured me they woukd take my case and one their attorneys would contact me after I signed some legal documentation. I had a ton of questions and concerns signing that specific legal paperwork. But they wouldn't let me speak to an attorney unless I signesd the paperwork first. They called many times a day for a good 3 weeks, leaving texts, voice messages and a couple emails to pressure me to sign those documents. I finally signed them and was assured one of their attorneys would talk to me within a few days. That call never came, 2 weeks after that ai received a letter in the mail. A generic letter, stating they would not be representing me with zero reason as to why. So I called them and asked questions..the woman on the phone apologized and stated no one in their office new anything about this letter and she would send out an email and someone would contact me. Again nothing from them. So I think they are harrassing, non professional, have no heart considering what they stirred up on my end as far as trauma and making me promises for justice and offered zero explanation of why they chose not to pursue my caee after reassuring me I was their highest priority and that they would represent me. So I don't think much if this law form or any of the people in it.
