Michael & Hillary are truly caring and take their time and also pay close attention to all of the details in cases. They recently helped my family and I through a very difficult and drawn out Domestic Violence case. (3 months of weekly court dates) I had the best possible outcome anyone could ask for, the DVO was not granted and the charges were DISMISSED! I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you for the help, I greatly appreciate it!

I hired Michael Richardson expecting professionalism, communication, and guidance. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Billing entries appeared on my statement that were never clearly explained to me, including charges for client meetings that were not properly communicated. Important details about costs and case status were often unclear unless I repeatedly asked.

Communication was the biggest issue. Calls and messages regularly went unanswered, no one would pick up the phone, and getting updates felt nearly impossible. It even took several weeks of repeated follow-ups before I finally received my itemized billing letter. I often felt like my case was pushed to the bottom of the priority list while other matters were handled first.

What made the experience most frustrating was not knowing where things stood and having to chase basic information that should have been provided proactively. No client should have to work this hard just to get answers about their own case.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to ask detailed questions about communication expectations, billing transparency, and responsiveness before hiring them.
