This attorney is horrible. He takes on way too many clients for his caseload! I gave him $1500 and I’ve never spoke to him on the phone one time!

He appeared for me one time for about one minute to get me another court date to show up Later, and not submit a single piece of more than 396 articles of evidence!

The following court date he no showed, Without explanation, without an email, without a phone call, without withdrawing from my case, Without his staff contacting me! He left me High and dry on my court date, He also had a conflict of interest with opposing counsel and failed to mention that to me, MONICA SHAHAYDA, Represented my ex and also started her law career in Scott’s firm! They’re even pictured together on Facebook. I’ve already got the screenshot so you can go delete it if you want!

This guy is nothing more than a good ol boy Lining his pocket pockets, And doing bare minimum, if anything for his clients!

Every time I’ve seen him in court, the judge has to get onto him about his demeanor, attitude, being late, etc. And I’ve got the proof on video under open records from the clerks office!

I also filed a complaint with the Bar on this guy!

This guy decides who he is a good lawyer for, and whose money he just takes!

If you retain this Lawyer, make sure your case doesn’t fall under a conflict of interest!

I have got all the emails, reaching out to his office, Begging for phone calls and follow ups!! All to be ghosted!!

I fired this guy during court with Judge Spainhour on the record!

If I could leave negative stars I would I used him on a divorce that lasted close to a year. Only got to talk to him once in that time and he really didn’t remember a lot of what we even talked about when we went to court . I told him that I wanted an appraisal on the house and never got it. Anytime I’d ask him a question he would respond with a smartass remark. I’m pretty sure he was paid by the other attorney to sell me down the river. After paying him over $6000 and me just getting completely screwed over I would highly avoid using him.

Scott was amazing to work with on the adult adoption of my daughter. He was extremely professional and his staff was unbelievable in assisting my family. Thank you Scott for being such a huge part of our special day.
