Mr. McFarland was hired by my son-in-law and daughter to handle the adoption of their daughters. We had to wait over five and half years to get the adoption finalized. He would not meet with them or return calls. His assistant answered for him and all we were ever told was that he was working on it. Never any specifics of exactly what he was doing. This case should not have taken this long to go to court.

My son hired this man about 5 mos ago to help him get custody of his daughter, who’s not in a good living situation, not attending school, and possibly in danger. And, we have yet to receive a court date to get my grandbaby out of this situation. They are the worst. Like others have mentioned, they don’t answer calls, they don’t return calls, and they don’t keep you updated on what’s going on with your case BUT they definitely want that money though. This is so SAD, if you don’t care about the wellbeing of children, or your clients in general, you are definitely in the wrong career field.

Mr McFarland was the court appointed AAL for my son's custody case. He was very real and compassionate with the details. Communicating with my son during the entire case and present at the hearings with recommendations. He truly had my grandson's best interest in mind during the whole process. I appreciate all He did in the court room and outside the court.
