​"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the professional conduct of the team at McCune Law Group. My experience with this firm has been marked by a significant lack of communication and a failure to provide adequate representation after I trusted them with my case for nearly two years. ​Throughout my time as a client, I reached out only periodically to request status updates. I was not contacting the office frequently, yet I often waited weeks for any response. On July 9th, I reached out for an update and was assured I would receive an email by the end of the day. Instead of the update I requested, I was notified that the firm was terminating my representation. It was only through this termination notice that I discovered I had a court hearing scheduled for July 22nd—just 12 days away. I had been kept entirely in the dark about this critical date. ​To make matters worse, retrieving my own legal documents from the firm was an unnecessary struggle that took three days. Even then, they attempted to force me to sign a release of liability in order to hand over my property, and they attempted this on two separate occasions. ​On multiple occasions, I clearly communicated the urgency of my situation, including the fact that I was facing extreme financial hardship and the imminent risk of homelessness. I expected a higher standard of empathy and professional diligence from my legal counsel.
