Brown White & Osborn LLP – Redlands

If I could give this firm zero stars I would. Anyway, one of the attorney's is representing one of my grandsons. During the meet and confer, he attacked my character as a parent of my 35 year old son. He asked me why isn't my son involved, I asked if he had spoken to him and he said he did...then why are you asking me why isn't he doing his part and telling me that you don't want his excuses and that I am an apologist for him? Well, in this short time the firm has been on the case, it is clear that the attorney doesn't know half of what he is talking about. This attorney was listening to the person I have a petition against and the ten year old child that is clearly not telling the truth. Furthermore, he put on a pedestal, a parent that smokes weed, curses out her children, belittles them, had to be told not to spank the one who is on the spectrum for peeing in the bed and has had numerous cps cases (really?). Had I not warned her about the cps case filed, not even against her own children, she would've been caught off guard and then this attorney would've been able to see the real person behind the mask. The attorney and the rest of the incompetent people handling the children's case did not do a thorough job in gathering records and talking to people in other professions that have had interactions with them. I just hope and pray for the children's sake that their mental health is not going to be damaged because as usual, people who aren't truly invested in their lives dropped the ball. The attorney and government officials are relying on a forensic interview conducted after the ten year old had been influenced by the parent to lie on me and my husband. Now relationships are being affected because, I am never going to be receptive of a child not being able to tell their truth and allow for a real investigation to be conducted based on what appears to be that child's truth. This mess stemmed from the mother not wanting to get her children counseling and not wanting to take classes with me and my husband on how to raise a child on the spectrum (he is a good loving child) and she is missing out on a lot right now because of her selfishness. I do not recommend this firm for the best interest of children.

Thoughtful, deliberate, and focused team of attorneys.

Worst most unprofessional useless attorneys ever that don't answer their phone or emails and don't even know the laws they're supposed to represent and don't have the balls to defend my civil rights especially against a judge that's been targeting me for more than 15 years now. I'm in an abusive unconstitutional conservatorship and Jack refuses to acknowledge the fact and get me control of my money and cars and my life back. It's ruined my life having these attorneys and nobody else will even talk to me while they're still the court appointed attorneys and even though I've fired them in writing multiple times they won't change the court records so I can get a better attorney with the balls to defend my civil rights and challenge a blatantly corrupt incompetent uncaring judge that doesn't deserve his job. I swear I know conservatorships are not completely 100% legal and I'm gonna have them abolished permanently for the good of the mentally ill individuals being taken advantage of in this horrible country

I keep calling with no answer. Went to court in Sep. and still haven't gotten any paperwork back from them.
