From one RN to another, I believe she is doing her clients a huge disgrace by practicing law. I have had the FOC calculate my child support for the last 10 years, using micase calculator. I’m very knowledgeable about using said calculator, however, she mistakenly left out over four grand per month of my ex-husband’s VA disability and had the nerve to send me a uniform child support order via email that was so far off, it was completely embarrassing how dumb she thought I was buying her number she gave me. After I caught her not using his four grand/month in his income, she quickly fixed the problem. However, oddly enough, the number she threw at me again was less than the number before. I am not sure what calculator she is using, but it definitely isn’t the correct one. I have also read the past two reviews regarding child support calculations, and how both people have stated she should be caught for fraud. I couldn’t agree more and trust me, I will spread the word.

Michelle was the opposing counsel in a child support case that was recently closed. If it wasn't for my diligence and the help of my lawyer, I would have been defrauded. The strange thing is Michelle's reaction during the entire case. She was unwilling to have her client verify paystubs and health insurance premiums until a subpoena was filed. Once she realized that, she turned in paystubs from another job other than what they were submitting which matched the information uncovered from the subpoena. Her client was in fact SHAMEFULLY caught lying about her income to get a larger support amount than legally entitled to. Dates were cut off from paystubs to hide an increase in salary and hide the fact that the paystubs submitted were older(6months), and from two jobs ago. Michelle's demeanor during the case was strange. A lawyer who has nothing to hide in a fraud case does not refuse to have their client verify information during discovery until they are forced to. she also made threats numerous times during a simple child support calculation when asked to verify information she was passing along for her client. Michelle's sketchy behavior during the entire case led to discover that her client is a liar, dishonest, and a fraudster.
