Please read Jodi's yelp reviews. Her google reviews have to be fake as I had a horrific experience working with Jodi. I almost didn't write a review but don't want someone else to go through the experience I went through.

Jodi failed to do her job to protect me, I believe she was in favor of the builder and not me as her contract was extremely one sided. She did not put an end date in my contract, and for two years my money was tied. Additionally, she was condescending and in that two year time frame she did not read the contract correctly several times.I was able to find a litigation lawyer, but her mistake cost me 15k total in loss. I hope that this review can save someone from making a big big mistake by working with her. She also let me go, I had plans to fire her but she said she was pregnant and could no longer handle the case in the end. Should anyone not believe me I have proof that can be provided to back this up.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Jodi Materna as both a lawyer and a person. Professional, warm, caring and just an overall fantastic person--does not do her justice. Ms. Materna, is beyond a competent lawyer she dispatches of any issue that comes up and resolves things quickly. We told her that we would post this, and she was so humble about it.
