The intake person never referred me to an actual lawyer to discuss a very real 1st Amendment street performance issue although I have 40 years experience as a musician and was concerned about the treating of public streets as private property for the purpose of limiting or prohibition of performance. IOW easements granted to developers. That contact was weeks ago. Today I called again to clarify the issue.
