DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Unprofessional, inexperienced, all agents have memory loss. They hang up on you when they don’t want to deal with you even though they are holding your money. Nelson is old and should retire. Irma never has an my answers and tells you she’s going to call you back and never does. Nelson is in charge and he has memory loss and should retire. I wouldn’t trust no one in this office with another case of mine

Ok i am a review queen I admit… i called mr Kandel office reaching out about my son case, his first accident and wasn’t sure what was going on… i was referred by a friend to mr Kandel firm… case was taking too long and i was just confused…my tone in my voice was a bit harsh towards his paralegal (MeMe)… thinking she was going to result in such tone as i was but did not.. she was very knowledgeable about the case and very highly educated in the system.. this young lady calm my feeble mind and assure me that they are doing all they can for my son case…just wanted to take this time to say all of thee staff at mr Kandel firm are highly educated and will go beyond there job duty in listening to you and calming you down.. thanks Meme and you are destined foe greatness… ps Kebbeh Johnson
