The attorney, Caitlin, is extremely unprofessional and lacks any care or passion for this job or for any human being. It’s like she is literally working for the other party. She will lie against you just to get your case off her desk, and when you call her out on the facts, she will yell and hang up on you. She’s been unpleasant and has caused me to almost get kicked out of my home multiple times because of her lazy attitude. This is the same attorney who ignored me after I was granted a judgment and refused to do anything when I told her the landlord was refusing to pay. My case was assigned to her a month ago, and she’s literally done zero. She has not even browsed Case Search like she promised she would 3 weeks ago to see if there was an update on the case. If you don’t want to help people, get another job. Don’t accept clients just to proceed to treat them like dirt. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. You are literally better off representing yourself.
