Reached out for help 2 years ago almost, never got it. Was ignored or left on read/ standby. Logan said he would help me but never does. Was told I would be assigned to ask attorney but got shelved and it just comes off super negligent. I've been told I'd get help for 2 years only to get ignored. Smh no help given.

I tried calling into this place twice the first time I talked to Dina. She was very rude. Did greet when she answered the phone. I’m not sure what you guys are doing in that office, but your employees come off as frustrated and stressed or with attitude as if they do not willingly work there. Anyways Dina answered the phone saying “yes” As if we were in an ongoing casual conversation This threw me off slightly so I said hello again making sure I had called the right number and she replied What do you want? At that point, I asked to speak with someone else and Dina hung up the phone. I called back and I got Lisa on the phone. I let Lisa knowI’ve been dealing with a mold issue in my apt. I expressed wanting to speak to a supervisor or email about my experience with Dina. Lisa ignores my request and states “well I know Dina she’s a wonderful lady” as if my concerns are not valid because she doesn’t agree. I expressed again wanting to escalate the call because although she has a different view of her coworker it was still not appropriate for me to be treat like that. Lisa again tries to defend Dine which I tell this has nothing to do with her and if still like the opportunity to express my concerns. I asked again to speak or get a supervisors email. Lisa said she could give me any point of contact but she would put me on hold so she can reach out to a supervisor and have them call me. She placed me on hold. About a minute or two late she came online says hello then as soon as I say hello back she hangs up as well. I could admit my conversation with Lisa Was more elevated, considering she tried so hard to defend someone that didn’t need to be defended. At the end of the day, this is still a business and should be ran as such so if a client wants to voice their concerns, they shouldn’t be deemed as a threat. As clients we should be considered for what we may be going through over, someone who is willfully working for a company & being paid to assist
