This law firm demonstrated an unacceptable level of incompetence and disregard for client communication. From the outset, communication was poor, with repeated delays and, at times, no response at all. Basic updates required constant follow-ups, which should never be necessary in a professional legal setting.

Victoria Weaver and Richard Johnson showed a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. Matters were mishandled, responsibilities were ignored, and there was an evident lack of knowledge and attention to detail when it came to required paperwork. Errors and avoidable delays were common, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty.

Most concerning is that after requesting a refund due to these ongoing issues, I received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication regarding a financial request further reflects the firm’s disregard for client concerns. Based on my experience, this firm failed to meet even minimal professional standards, and I would strongly advise others to seek legal representation elsewhere.

I paid $4700 for one temporary orders hearing which was on their menu for $2100 dollars. No communication, no follow through with what they say they will do for you. I feel completely ripped off and I will never use them for anything ever and I wish I had read reviews before I hired them. The other review here about Charsalynn Mitchell is almost IDENTICAL to my experience with her. She was great in the hearing but has done literally nothing for most of 2025 despite my urging for more action and another temporary orders hearing . No returned phone calls emails or texts. Apparently, you have to schedule a call from the main office and sometimes they make you wait a week for it, even though the opposing attorney is filing stuff like crazy. Now my wife keeps our kids every holiday even though she’s not supposed to and no one at this terrible firm has done or will do anything about it. Stay away. Also had a really disturbing conversation with one of their head lawyers where I asked what the rest of my money was going to since I paid $4700 for a $2100 service and he flipped on me so fast and became extremely combative during the conversation which led me to believe they’re used to ripping people off and if you ask about it they will threaten you and berate you and tell you you’re lucky to get anything. Really terrible experience which seems in line with the majority of experiences had by their clients according to their reviews.

had an appointment today with the lawyer, but when I arrived, I was told he had already left. I called the main office, and they said they would notify him and that he would come, but I waited for over 30 minutes and he never showed up. When I called again, they put me on hold and never came back.

The receptionist at the building was also very rude and unhelpful. She looked annoyed when I asked simple questions and didn’t try to assist me at all. Very unprofessional experience — I don’t recommend this office based on how poorly I was treated.
