I hope this firm is far more competent in real estate law than they proved to be in family law. Unfortunately, our experience from two years ago with attorney Justin Hughes was extremely disappointing. We are now learning that much of the guidance we received at the time was incorrect, and as a result, our situation has actually moved backwards instead of forward.

Before we ever even saw a courtroom, we were charged nearly $13,000—an amount that was completely unjustified given the lack of progress or accurate legal direction. The fact that this was allowed to happen is, frankly, a travesty.

To make matters worse, we were told our account was paid in full, yet we are now being pursued by collections for an additional amount that has mysteriously increased by another $5,000. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this firm for family law services.

I spoke with Tyler and he was very generous in consulting with me over the phone when many other law offices I spoke with did not even have anyone available! I would recommend this firm based on my experience of receiving a thorough consultation even though he recommended I check into other resources for my issue

Unprofessional and unethical practices by attorney Justin Hughes. Ignores local/city level ordinances and used the MN legal system to take advantage of their own clients, as well as the defendants. Poor knowledge in Real estate law, specifically regarding easements.
