After all the reviews, I've seen everything every one feeling. Zero star for lack of effort. Zero star for respect for love ones time. Zero star for lack of communication. As a lawyer follow up calls are expected. Maybe an update on mental health check, plus a new bar exam, may be in need. This is beyond disbelief as a human, with a heart. This is horrible customer service. I would like you to please, meet with your client as follows, also communication skills to be represented.
