I attempted to hire Mario to draft a prenuptial agreement and my experience was negative. At our first meeting I was told the draft would take about two weeks, but it was delivered after more than four weeks. During that time I requested updates several times by phone, email, and text but received no response until the draft arrived.

The draft itself contained factual errors, including incorrect years, and it also included provisions I had not requested. At the start I had provided a draft outlining my preferences, but the agreement I received included many provisions he never spoke to me about and I never asked for. I asked for revisions to edit provisions I had not approved and again contacted the office multiple times over more than two weeks asking for confirmation of receiving my revision requests and an updated timeline, but I did not receive any response from their office. My case was time sensitive and I no longer trusted Mario or his office.

Because of these issues I decided to stop working with Mario and hire a different attorney. In my opinion, the service I received was very unresponsive, did not provide any meaningful advice or guidance and did not protect my best interests.

No contact with them for over a year. They still owe me money and have not sent it even after they said they would.

I called because I need help with child support issue for my son with autism. They said it is a $200 consult fee. I agreed and asked if they had availability for court on 3/7 or if an extension is possible. They said I would have to pay the consultation FIRST to discuss that with him. If he doesn’t have the availability, then why would I do a consultation? Taking money without availability/intention to help is dishonest. Bad business practice.
You all see their response. I agreed to fee and asked for his availability to represent me in court March 7th and they make it sound like I’m trying to get information for free. What a joke of a practice.
