Don't believe the reviews about Brandon. I have an issue with a beneficiary as Trustee of my mom's estate. I had a brief phone call with him and it sounded like he understood and could help but he wanted to transfer me to the receptionist to take payment for a consultation, first red flag. Called back and made appointment for an hour consultation. He gave me bad advise and told me the annuity that had named beneficiaries would need to be probated because one of the beneficiaries was refusing to sign issuers release forms and that it would take years. He then proceeded to look at his watch and said he wouldn't know until next month if he would have time to handle take the case. I paid for the consult and left immediately calling my financial advisor who told me that was disastrous advise and the tax consequences that would result by transferring the asset to the trust would virtually wipe it out, all $250K of it. The people who have written nice reviews maybe had simple cases and they "think" he did a wonderful job, all I say is stay away. I should also add he was very narcissistic and kept calling me mam and giving me condescending looks. I also asked him why he didn't tell me he wasn't taking on new cases before I wasted an hour each way to drive down and back. He told me we could have done the consultation by zoom, I responded how, you asked me to see my documentation, he gave me a smirk.

George was my divorce lawyer. I wouldn’t recommend him. He was not prompt about responding to my emails or following up. I consistently had to reach out to him for status updates. Glad to be done with Stipp Law.

I had George is my divorce lawyer. What a waste of time and money. He never defended me in court , rarely filled anything, left me open for contempt of court because he never got my put in for child support payments. I wouldn't go back here if they where the last lawyers on earth!
