This law firm has been completely unhelpful in resolving my issue. Despite having notarized account information and following all necessary procedures, they refused to provide any alternative solutions when I couldn’t retrieve a physical check due to being abroad. Their rigid policies disregarded my unique circumstances, and their lack of flexibility left me unable to access my own funds. Instead of working toward a resolution, they repeatedly dismissed my concerns, offering no real assistance. It is disappointing and frustrating to deal with a firm that prioritizes policy over genuinely helping their clients.
