Recently, I reached out to this law firm with a concern about informing them about an individual whom for some reason they think my dad is going to marry, the young lady is in her 30’s but my dad is in his mid 70’s well this person who has nothing going on in life trying to pursue my dad’s assets. My question is why would they even take on something like this, it shows that they are only about money and not representing themselves with basic moral standards for ethical issues, I wouldn’t recommend them as well as the lawyer was calling my wife the wrong name upon their first conversation.

MY fiance and I had spoken to an attorney NOT at this firm. He wasn't as specialized in S/A cases but he was still good and knowledged and said we definitely had a strong case and he would gladly take it pro-bono, however not being his main area of expertise I wanted to weigh options. So we called THIS firm regarding a healthcare workplace/patient S.A case. I explained most of story/evidence etc. for about 20mins. She didn't seem very interested in my fiances experience at all. Before I could finish and get to meat and potatoes of why its such a good case, I stopped to ask and assess her thoughts because she just seemed a little bored and short with her words, She was very nice, but the one comment that really got me was " yea, sorry we only help REAL S/A victims, and I was waiting to hear about the S/A and I just never heard it".... Now, before completely losing it, I did take into consideration, certain law firms do focus on certain things, but for one, I didn't even get to paint the whole picture before the comment, and 2, you should probably work on your wording a little bit as I'm not sure that's an appropriate response given the situation. it was highly offensive and with that.... 2/5
