I usually give businesses five-star reviews, and I am also a very patient person. Unfortunately, my experience with this office was extremely disappointing. I was trying to reach Attorney Tyler Henry Hunt, I contacted the office regarding a matter they specifically specialize in. I left several voicemails, and the intake secretary took another message for Tyler Henry Hunt. I even called his cell phone and left multiple messages. Despite all of these attempts, I received **no response whatsoever—not even a simple call to let me know they were overwhelmed or unable to take on my matter.** In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of basic communication and courtesy toward a potential client. Unfortunately, this experience means I would **not refer any clients to this office, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.**
