Don't have 2 women answer your phone that don't understand English. If I was to know I needed a translator I would have called elsewhere. Very frustrating, your phone is your vital life line, especially dealing with people's livelihoods. They do not know what they are talking about and claim they are paralegals. They do not know the difference between ssi and ssdi and should not be answering questions. Sad. I thoroughly had a competent lawyer and services beforehand, but this is ridiculous. I can't get help now because you have incompetent people fielding your work. I will not be referring anymore business your way. Fix this.
