Eitan Kassel Yanich, PLLC

This review is for Raymond, a paralegal working for Eitan Kassel Yanich. I've been denied disability before and the deadline to re-enroll expired. I also knew my husband probably made too much (gross income... definitely not even close to reflective on what we actually get to use). So I called to find out if there is anything I can do from there. Raymond proceeded to tell me how the process works and why I was denied etc. I told him twice I was aware, of that, and was asking now if there is anything I can do from there.... and, (after I had already told him early in the conversation I absolutely cannot work, and also cannot afford to live, and was crying) he just kept explaining the process again in a VERY condescending tone. I was finally able to break through the noise and say "Like I said, I'm aware, I'm asking you what if there's anything you can do from here..." And he LAUGHED and told me "Go back to work or get a divorce! Har har har." I told him that was extremely unhelpful and he laughed again. I hung up. Anyway if you're looking for any compassion don't go to this law firm!

I stopped responding to you when your response was to gaslight me. You did question my perception and immediately. "Remi does not laugh at our clients, but if it sounded that way, I am sure it was not intentional."

Why would I continue to interact with you after that? You did ask questions and offer to help, but after your response, I do not trust you have my best interest in mind. I don't owe you a response in those emails. It seems your go to is to try to place blame back on me and not take ownership. Which is exactly the type of behavior these systems rely on.

Took time on my case but they got the job done.
