I hired this firm for a civil property damage claim. The facts were strong and liability was clear. What should have been a straightforward case turned into almost 2 years of procedural mistakes and communication failures.

The required legal notice was sent to two wrong government entities before being directed to the correct one. When it was finally mailed to the correct party, it was sent without tracking or proof of delivery. The case was initially routed through a court that lacked jurisdiction, wasting months. Deadlines the firm set for their own deliverables were repeatedly missed without explanation. Scheduled calls were missed without notice. I regularly had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my own case.

This is the second time I experienced these issues. After the first round, Adam called and apologized, and I deleted my original review in good faith. The same patterns repeated immediately.

The legal knowledge appears to be there based on the written work product, but the execution and follow through are not. If you hire this firm, expect to manage your own case.
