Lyon & Fitzpatrick handled our house sale closing and we were very happy with the service/results.

Richard "Kick" Sullivan III (with great help from paralegal Tammi G) was our attorney and he was always available (even when he was on vacation) for any questions/issues that arose. We had already moved out of state so the closing was done remotely via power-of-attorney and it went seamlessly. The ownership involved a trust also which was handled easily without any issues. Being far away and knowing that a critical financial transaction was being handled so smoothly was a very nice feeling!
