***Disappointed and Frustrated***
I reached out to Attorney Luu because his website featured cases similar to mine, which gave me confidence that he’d understand my situation. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. He seemed unfamiliar with the type of case I was explaining, asking basic questions that made it feel like he was hearing it for the first time.

During our emergency consultation — which cost me $672 with taxes — he was even smiling at something on his side while I was speaking. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Afterward, I emailed him with a link to the very article on his site that made me contact him in the first place — no reply.

Other attorneys I’ve met were upfront and genuine, even offering refunds when they couldn’t help. Luu, on the other hand, showed no such integrity. This was a disappointing and expensive experience with zero value.
