Unfortunately we can't post a ZERO!

Not very informative. Couldn't answer a SIMPLE question. Who has jurisdiction when the property is taken (stolen/removed) from Colorado and taken to another State. In this instance it's 2 dogs. Attorney's want the ESY cases
