I worked with this law firm through the company I work for, and unfortunately, I regret using their services. They never contacted me directly or kept me properly informed about my cases. None of my traffic cases were dismissed or reduced. For one of my traffic tickets, I had three months to make the payment, but they told me to pay them immediately. The amount they asked me to pay was about $100 more than the actual ticket amount. I checked the case myself and paid the ticket online directly, saving approximately $100. For another traffic ticket, they only informed the company I work for that the payment had to be mailed to the court. They never contacted me directly to explain the payment process or provide clear instructions. I had never made a court payment by mail before and had no idea how the process worked. Based on my personal experience, the communication and support were very poor. I regret working with this law firm and would not recommend their services to others.
