I'm not sure what happened to this firm.
Mrs Fonteneau helped me in 2021, she was great. I've contacted her again and was scheduled twice for a consultation that came and went without any communication. I scheduled a third time but spoke with someone different who said they would reach back out to let me know something. Still crickets over a week later. So from my experience, waiting-over a month from the initial contact to just be communicated with is a waste of time. Look somewhere else.
