In 2019 I received services from Vipen lang and someone called Leigh ann. And I told them. I will sign away spousal support in the mediation agreement if he splits custody 50/50. Tenetively he did. When we went to divorce he asked for full custody claiming I couldn’t support the kids and that I was a bad mom. He ultimately took my kids away and I’m still fighting 6 years later. I asked vipen to change this she said it was a signed contract. As if this couldn’t be changed. Even if it couldn’t why would you advise a young single newly separated stay at home mom for the last 9 years to not take alimony. I was just wanting my kids. And they screwed up not only my life but my three children’s lives. In divorce always get an actual lawyer. No matter the cost and save yourself the heartache.
