				I recently worked with Vivian to complete my living trust, and I had a very positive experience. Vivian was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Because I live quite a distance from her office, most of our communication was done by phone and email, and she consistently responded within 24–48 hours.



I also appreciated her transparent pricing structure. She charged a fixed fee for the trust service, plus separate fees for each property ownership transfer (grant deed) into the trust. There were no unexpected charges or additional fees based on the number of contacts or questions.



I would also like to give special kudos to her paralegal manager, Charles. He guided us through the signing of the trust documents and was patient, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.
