Spoke with Michael about possibly representing me in a case i have against an auto dealer. I have some pro se litigation experience so i drafted my own civil complaint detailing the claim i have against them. He had no desire to read it. I should’ve just hung up then because idk how you can call yourself a lawyer and you’re too lazy to read a civil complaint.

I started going into the details of the case over the phone & from his responses i could tell he wasn’t even listening to understand, he was listening to disprove my claim. Imagine that. Not sure if he was intimidated by me or what. He basically told me i didn’t have a case because i signed the vehicle contract. Idk how you’re an auto fraud lawyer and don’t know that there are state AND federal laws against deceptive business practices. It doesn’t matter if you signed a contract. The law is the law. I was confused as to why he even said that. Not to mention, the claim i have has nothing to do with the contract lol. Which he would have known if he was listening.

If you’re reading this, see if you can handle your case pro se. Do some research on representing yourself, it’s easier than you think. A lot of what I’m seeing in these reviews is that he took on easy cases that the individual could have solved themselves. Also he’s only winning back their refund. No damages???? These lawyers are getting lazier and lazier by the day. We need to starve them out and help them remember they have to WORK for their money.
