I hired Mr Irfan in March where I went to his office for the first time from just my basic communication didn't seem like my own attorney believed anything I said he said people come in here lie all the time which should have been my first sign to run out that door but I was in a vulnerable state because I have never previously been in a legal predicament like this and I put my faith into this man now going to prelim Mr Irfan did show up and he did give me false confidence that he will take care of everything and he will be on top of everything but all Mr Irfan had in mind was keep extending the court case first time the state rescheduled second time my attorney did not even show up or give me advance notice saying he was in a murder trial third time he sent Mr qawi rahman who was previously reprimanded by the Pennsylvania disciplinary board on top of that Mr irfan never showed up and he always had an excuse to cover himself and his associate who was never on time if I hire attorney I want them to fight tooth and nail funny thing is my case got dropped and even more funnier thing is my attorney had nothing to do with it except false hope a pipe dream it was my co-defendants attorney who pushed for the case to be must be tried and another funny thing my court was at 9:00 I ended up leaving the courthouse past 10:00 after my case was dismissed end my attorney was no where to be found it was actually my co-defendants attorney who told me to go home if you want somebody to fight tooth and nail for you and defend your honor I don't think Mr Irfan or his associates would fit into that category based on my personal experience regardless when you hire attorney you pay thousands of dollars but you expect them to fight but my experience was the exact opposite it almost felt like my attorney was instilling fear in me even when I was not wrong and not making no effort to get this resolved ASAP so please if you're going through something challenging in your life that you need an attorney Mr Irfan or his associates are not it. I paid him $7,500 to do nothing for me absolute horrendous experience.
