It has been some time since I worked with Rod, but we are still friends. He represented me during my incredibly costly divorce against an unethical lawyer who was trying to push the envelope of law in every way possible to maximize damage against me.

Rod was calm and deliberate and incredibly knowledgeable and was able to defend me to an equitable divorce and split of assets. He was even able to get a very sizable sanction against the opposing attorney and my ex-wife under Section 271A. Something that is nearly impossible for men who get divorced to obtain in Santa Clara County.

If you can avoid a legal dispute for your divorce, do so and avoid courts. They are painful and expensive, but if you need help, Rod is amazing.

It has been 16 years since I hired Rod. He was a lawyer who help me win primary custody of my 2 children who were 3 and 5 years old at the time. Rod was a total professional and he put me at ease as he guided me throughout my custody battle. Even though I was nervous through every court appearance, Rod did what he was supposed to do and made it easy for me and my kids. I remember him promising me that he would make sure that I got as much visitation as possible. Instead he helped me to win primary custody which was unexpected. Today my kids are both in college and we have a strong relationship still. I have recommended Rob to others but I would never wish anyone to be put in the situation that I was in.
