Paid $41 and got referred to Joe after having my referral cancelled by the previous attorney (referrals from BAR). Basically he didn't want to take funds from anyone other than me.

I have a good judge of character and the condescending tone of Joes voice is reminiscent of anyone I've had difficulty working with. He should work on the way he talks to people. I get the automatic impression he's the type of lawyer to run a bill.

Keep in mind I have attorney friends and I have worked personally with multiple attorneys. Joe I recommend taking yourself off the referral list, if possible.

Please don't! I, unfortunately, paid Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA) $41 and sadly (again) got only 1 referral for this fee: Joseph Naegele. What?? So, since I paid, I called him. He is an AWFUL person! He could not answer 1 simple question, which was if a month's income was considered 30 days (or 31 days) by the court. I get paid bi-weekly, so was wondering if I need to add a couple days' pay to be accurate, or is the two bi-weekly amount okay for the month? He could NOT answer that. He wanted $650/hour with a minimum of 4 hours for the retainer fee, and said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to do. If he listened long enough, I already did the leg work and have all my income values written out for a whole year. He just needed to tell me what 1 month is. Thinking about it later, he did NOT know the answer! Was too busy telling me that it's a legal document and required "legal" values. YES Joseph, that's correct. That's why I wanted to enter a "legal" month's income accurately. 5 minutes wasted speaking to him, was 5 minutes wasted in my life. He is NOT a good person!!! I know, that's not facts, but Yelp is about people's perception and helping others out!
