I had a slam dunk case Mr Anaya refused to let me show all my evidence , like the facts that i was not allowed to fully explain what happened in my case the respondent made threats for me to die and told her spouse she wanted to have someone kill me and judge Maria Ratliff thought this was okay I had a valid restraining order against respondent and she was involved in a shooting were her felon husband shot at the Gardner had four guns police confiscated and she was living with him for a year but still no restraining order for me , next time I’m hiring a real lawyer one that’s will defend me not ridicule me ,

Robert Anaya was opposing counsel on my case. He, along with the Defense counsel, both created a conflict of interest so severe it resulted in him being disqualified as counsel for Plaintiff. Would not recommend for anyone to consult or hire this unethical attorney.

Rob Anaya had won 2 lawsuits for me. 1 being a child molestation case with many blockages along the way. He didn't give up. He prevailed. The 2nd was a car accident that a person hit our rear fender causing my neck excruciating long term damage and pain. I had to have titanium put in my neck years later...unknown if it was directly related to accident but it certainly was not helpful.
