⭐ 1 Star (Would give 0 if possible) I had a consultation with Kevin, and I left feeling disappointed. I already know I owe a large amount of support, arrears, and interest — I didn’t need someone to repeat to me what’s written in my order. I was looking for legal guidance and strategy — advice on what steps I could take to move forward — but instead I got a basic recap of information I already knew. When I asked for help with how to present my case to my ex-wife, I was told “I don’t know what to tell her because I don’t know her.” I wasn’t asking for a personal message tailored to her, just an example or suggestion for how to start the conversation. I was also told that this situation would “follow me for the rest of my life” and that I was “basically screwed,” which felt discouraging rather than helpful. The main advice was to come to an agreement with my ex and contact CSS for a repayment plan — again, something anyone could figure out on their own. When I asked about custody modification, I was told I could file at the clerk’s office myself or pay them to do it — but there was no deeper discussion or strategy offered. The consultation lasted about 15 minutes, yet I was charged for a full 30 minutes. I walked away feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously and like there was no real interest in taking on my case or helping me move forward. I’m not looking for a miracle, just an attorney who can advise, strategize, and help me make progress so I can get on the right path. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this firm — at least not Kevin.

There isn’t enough ways to express my thanks to this incredible woman!!! She has become my hero!!! I thought I was going to literally lose my mind, trying to prepare for my Divorce from my ex. Lindsey Bannerman did not respond to court documents in my case. I was sanctioned by the judge to pay money for the lack of planners Bannerman’s response to court documents that were required by her being my attorney.
