My husband and I used the services for him to get His Residency Both Miriam and Attorney advised on how to answer questions ang guided us with appointments for biometric medical etc. We did consulate processing in CIudad Juarez we we're stressed and they answered all of our questions and assured us everything would be OK. When we left to the consulate Miriam followed up with us made sure all was OK and asked how we we're answered all of the phone calls & although we we're under administrative for our case she guided how to track all our info.
