				This firm has practices that skim every collection law there is. Most of the documents they send are based on illegal practices. Anything large claims must be served in person. Don't believe the letters they send saying you've been sued. They can't do anything unless someone comes to your door and serves YOU, not your wife, not your neighbor, not your teenager. YOU. I hope this helps those who think they need to worry. You don't.

				This is an elite collection firm. Never be fooled by the people leaving reviews that are being sued by the company, as of course, they're upset. But, if you need a collection done, they are always 100% professional and have a knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

				Called with a simple question and received a good answer. An actual attorney answered the phone and was polite and knowledgeable. Didn't try to hustle me or take a retainer before finding out the basics. Our conversation did not result in me retaining the Bemis firm at this time, but when the need arises, I will definitely hire this firm.
