I retained Spence Barnes for my worker’s compensation case after the worker’s compensation company handling my case (I was injured at work and was later diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome) tried to back out of paying for a surgery that they had previously approved, after the surgery was completed. He then, over the course of several years, handled each and every issue that came up while advocating for my treatment and eventually the final settlement that was just approved by the court. When we got in a car accident we filed with him on the same time the accident happened But it took him a year to put the claim in We have to call him all the time to find out if there is any update God willing when I finish handling my own case after no one's wants to take it because attorney spence hold it for 5 years and nothing came out after handling my own case I am going to file a malpractice complaint and explain to jury everything the happened And I will go from there
