Monica prepared my mother’s will. My mother died and I reached out to Monica for help and I felt blown off. It was the first time I was an executor and was overwhelmed . She took our money for an updated will which my mother never got to sign. I would like a refund. No one called my mother that the will was ready. I had to call for my mother to see if the will was ready. When we went to update the will I felt she was not attentive and distracted. She was also late for the appointment.

Monica Kowalski willfully conspired with another beneficiary of my grandmother’s will and prevented it from getting settled for over 4 years from the date of my grandmother’s passing and tried to get in the way of its settlement until I had my own lawyer actually handle the work. I would never work with someone as underhanded as her and willing to get in the way of justice.
